Mercedes-Maybach GLS Gets Minty Makeover From Carlex Design

If you want a big SUV that's the same color as Listerine, we have good news for you. This is Carlex Design's new SUV, and it's minty fresh.

Not Subtle

The primary color Carlex chose is Mint, which covers the bottom two-thirds of the SUV. The Mint is separated from the contrasting black on top by a tiny pinstripe.

Massive Alloys

If you're going green, there's no need to be subtle. The 23-inch alloys are finished in a light gold shade with Carlex's logo in the mint-lined center caps.

Fresh Interior

Painting the exterior Mint wasn't enough for Carlex. The color is carried through on the inside, and it's a bit much. Thankfully, there are some black piano inlays to break it up.

Standard Power

Carlex kept the engine standard, but that's fine. The twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 produces 550 hp. If you want more power, you'll have to turn to Brabus' Maybach GLS 900.
