Autonomous vehicles are going mainstream, so they should at least be able to do this.
With the myriad of semi-autonomous features that are beginning to populate our modern cars, it's pretty easy to get confused about which feature does what. Autopilot and auto park are just variations on the same technology, right? Well in case you needed to clear some confusion, BMW has just made this video to showcase how its self-parking 7 Series operates. Using only the key fob, owners can park or summon their car. Because of course 7 Series owners can't be bothered to move their tech-laden sedans themselves.
Let's just hope that it doesn't cause problems the same way Tesla's self-parking feature did for one poor guy (maybe).
